About us
The Rajasthani Medical Library Association (RMLA) was founded as the association of Medical Librarians in 3rd July 2017.The RMLA believes that quality information is essential for health sciences librarianship. Our Vision aspires to be association of the most visible, values, and trusted health information experts. The RMLA fosters excellence in the professional practice and leadership of health science library and professional in order to enhance the quality of health care, education and research throughout India as well as around world.
RMLA remarked its Technology Solutions a two day’s National workshop on “Future of Library Services & Technology Solutions” at S.M.S Medical Collage, just after the registration was completed. Six month later, RMLA came up with two day’s National Conference on “Open Access to Health Information: Trends, Models and Strategies for Medical Libraries on dated 9th to 10th February,2018 Along with that, it conducted many meetings and minutes work send to the concerned Institutions and Government departments. Now the RMLA proposed to organize one day National Seminar on ‘Preparing the Librarians for Knowledge Society: Challenges and Opportunities (A Commemorative Seminar on the First Anniversary of RMLA).
